Cybersonic 3 Electric Toothbrush for Kids

Cybersonic electronic toothbrush
Dental hygiene is very important to my family and me. Years ago, I was introduced to electric toothbrushes. I thought that electric toothbrushes were unnecessary. I mean, come on, how hard could it be to brush your teeth that you’d need an electric toothbrush to do it for you? I could not have been more wrong.

It turns out, electric toothbrushes are more efficient at cleaning teeth; at least in my experience. My husband and I have been using an electric toothbrush for years. Recently, Big B wanted his very own version. We received the Cybersonic 3 to review. (Disclosure: Sponsored post.)

Big B loves his Cybersonic 3. He feels very grown up using it. I make sure to brush with him to ensure that he is using it correctly. It’s a little different than brushing with a regular manual toothbrush, so I have to pretty much teach him over and over again how to use it properly.

The first time he used it, he could not stop laughing. He said it tickled him. I placed the brush on my fingers and it does tickle. The way Cybersonic 3 works is through harmonic resonance technology. Basically, the brush head vibrates really fast to clean your teeth. It’s not as scary as it sounds, it’s actually quite gentle on teeth and gums. Big B has not complained of pain or bleeding, or anything.

I really like the idea of Big B using an electronic toothbrush. My husband has said that maybe he’s a little too young for it, at five years old. I know that I just have to work with him more on proper usage so he gets the most out of it.

The price point for the Cybersonic 3 Sonic Oral Care System is $99.95. This is more expensive than other systems out there and cheaper than others. I’ve actually found cheaper prices on Amazon. Is investing in an electronic toothbrush worth while? Well, only you can answer that. I’ve found that electronic toothbrushes work really well for my family and has helped us take care of our teeth and gums.

I am using a manual toothbrush currently! Never had electric ones before :) Hopefully my kids would have an opportunity!

I’m currently using a sonicare for kids I bought for my son when he was 4, he didn’t like it so I took it over. He is 7 now and wants his toothbrush back, so i’m on the hunt for an adult sonic toothbrush!
