    My secret is to a good nights sleep is to shut off my phone! Uninterrupted sleep is the best, if my phone beeps and rings for every alert, update, and call, I can never sleep for very long!

  2. I use to take prescription drugs given to me by my doctor. I didn’t like how they made feel, so now I started meditating. I practice other spiritual technique’s too and I sleep better than I have slept in my life.

    My secret to a good night sleep is cutting all caffeine off after noon. I find that if I drink anything with caffeine after that then I am up all night long.

    Not going to bed with the TV on. It was a difficult adjustment but the TV was always a distraction. Thanks for the chance.

    Never have a TV in your bedroom. We don’t watch tele in the bedroom and neither of us has trouble sleeping at night.

    I don’t know if I have any secrets for a good nights slleep. I like to take a warm bath and drink my Sleepy Time tea before bed!!

    My secret to getting a good nights sleep is to quit with the laptop and tv early, leave lights low while i get ready for bed.

    My secret for getting a good night’s sleep was to quit my super stressful job and get a better one. That is no joke. I give thanks every day for the calmness I get to feel at night!

    We really need a new mattress, but I think having individual blankets, and using lavender always helps to get a good nights sleep.

    My secret to getting good sleep at night is not having a TV in my bedroom and I go to bed every night at the same time. I also avoid anything that might keep me up and let go any stress before bedtime.

    My secret is my fan lol… I have to have it going, whether its for the noise or the breeze, I do not know but it helps!

    I don’t typically sleep great at night, but I sure try! I have a diffuser that I put essential oils of lavender, and peppermint, eucalyptus, right now because I have a cold. I use a fan for white noise, and have curtains that block out the lights from passing cars.

    I recently added an app that makes calming sounds, my favorite being rain with some birds singing. it helps me fall asleep so much more quickly, and if I wake up in the middle of the night, it always helps me get right back to sleep again.
